The project sale’s key responsibility is to manage the division resources in order to grow revenue. This includes coordinating with cross-functional department and suppliers to ensure sales and marketing of products and managing and receivables.
Key responsibility
- Prospect projects that might lead to sales opportunities
- Follow up and develop the sales process including sales quotation and receivables to win projects.
- Evaluate strategies to approach new accounts and product profile.
- Cooperate effectively with cross-functional especially with accounting and logistics to ensure receivables and delivery of project is managed.
- Ensure that key projects are successfully executed by managing the resources and communication necessary to complete the handover to the client.
- Address any problem issues with customers or suppliers and resolve.
- Collect, update and analyze customers' data, competitors' and market movement including price, products, network and service in order to make adjustments to plans or strategies to grow market share.
- Grow the network of business contacts including designers, architects and construction companies in order to address the division growth objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales Administrator to deliver the right information to the customer by the required deadlines including Catalogue, Presentations, Price policy, Contract, Receivables and Inventory.
- Support line manager in developing and implementing marketing plan to achieve sales target and overall business objectives.
Job Requirement
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Proven record in sales and sales management
- Can-do attitude, perseverant and driven by results
- Good interpersonal, follow-up and problem solving skills
- Good project management skills and handle deadline well
- Multi-tasking, flexibility
- Having knowledge in construction and building material industry is a plus
Salary: $350 - $700 excluding commission and allowance.
